Summary: It's an older building but it's been redone - new paint, etc. The room was very clean. Parking was great. The one guy in the office was very pleasant and quickly checked us in. No coffee pot in the room, but was on site. Our only problem was the A/C - it didn't work well at all. There was a fan and it helped. That's the only thing that kept it from being a excellent rating.
